Terms and Conditions for the Services of The Versatile Support Team Ltd

Our service packages are available starting a minimum of 10 hours per month, with a required commitment of 3 months. Invoices for these packages will be issued on the 1st of each month and must be settled in, upfront, prior to the commencement of any work.
 

We also offer a pay-as-you-go option for ad-hoc support, with invoices for these services provided at the end of each week.

All work will be tracked using time tracking software, and updates on hours worked are available upon. We appreciate your understanding and agreement to these terms before utilizing services.
