Melanie Eversfield
Melanie is a dedicated administrative and customer service professional with over 15 years experience of leading and managing teams across both employee and volunteer roles.
She began her career in Kent in 2003 and relocated to Norfolk in 2013, where she continues to thrive both professionally and personally.
Holding a foundation degree in Management and Leadership, Melanie brings a strong foundation in people management, operational efficiency, and team development.
Outside of work, she enjoys life in Norfolk with her husband, son and a lively household that includes a horse, dog and guinea pigs.
Julie Berry
Julie began her career as a florist in London, where she developed a keen eye for detail and a passion for creativity.
In 2007, she relocated to Norfolk, embracing a quieter life while expanding her professional experience across catering, administration and office roles.
Known for her reliability and adaptability, Julie brings dedication to every role she takes on.
She lives in Norfolk with her husband, and her greatest pride is her daughter, who now lives in Japan, pursuing her dreams.
Wendy Fenton
Wendy is another key member of our team. She is Suffolk born and bred, but spent 24 years in the USA.
Professionally she has spent over 20 years in Accounting, Personal Assistant and admin roles and Office Management.
Personally, she is a trained Reiki Master, which in turn helps her to be involved in animal communication. She also enjoys her art and writing projects, and as a result of her extensive training in America, she has a huge passion for western reining Quarter Horses.
Wendy lives in Norwich, with her husband, 2 needy dogs and a clinically insane Bengal cat.
Gabby Blowers
Originally from Houston, Texas, Gabby holds dual citizenship and made the move to Norwich in 2021 to be closer to family - a long-held goal that brought her across the Atlantic.
With a diverse background as a personal assistant, bridal consult and receptionist, she brings a strong mix of professionalism, empathy, and organisational skills to every role she takes on.
Gabby recently earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of East Anglia (UEA), and is passionate about understanding human behaviour and making a positive impact on people's lives.
Outside of her professional and academic life, she enjoys quality time with her loved ones and doting on her adorable puppy, Rafferty.
Nicole Taylor
Nicole is another valued member of the our team with a strong passion for fitness, particularly weight training, and a keen interest in nutrition.
She began her academic journey studying Sports and Exercise Science at Hartpury University but soon realised her path lay elsewhere, leading her to pursue a different career direction.
Her professional journey began at just 13, and since then she has built a diverse skill set across various roles, including working as a stable hand, in hospitality, and as a receptionist. With a solid foundation in customer service Nicole brings adaptability, a strong work ethic, and excellent time management to every client interaction, always striving to deliver the best results.
Outside of work, Nicole leads a busy and active life with her horse Karamel, and three dogs.
