Do you have insurance?
Yes! As a company we hold insurance for Professional Indemnity, Public Liability, Employers Liability and Cyber Security.
What about confidentiality and Security?
Everything we do is treated with the strictest confidence. We are registered with the ICO and fully comply with GDPR
How do I send work to you?
We can share files via email or via a shared cloud storage system such as Google Drive, One Drive or Drop Box
What happens if I do not use all my hours?
Hours are NOT carried over. However, we use a time tracking tool so we can ascertain the needs of your business over the rest of your contract
I'm unsure what package I need?
We provide a free 30 minute discovery call to ascertain what you need from us and then we decide the best package available to you
Any other benefits to hiring your company?
Yes! We will promote your business on our website and socials as well as promote you at any trade shows we attend
